Additionally, the following items are required as a part of the enrollment process. You can attach an electronic copy of each in the fields in the application or email the documents.
- TWO proofs of city residency (For example - copy of a signed leasing agreement, utility bill, paycheck stub, etc.)
- Primary guardian photo ID
- The child or children's birth certificate(s) and immunization record(s)
Once received, we will reach out to schedule an appointment to complete the process. Students are accepted on a rolling basis.
