Enrollment Process

Families that choose to enroll at La Salle Middle School must be a resident of St. Louis city. Families must submit their initial application via the La Salle website or contact the Registrar to schedule an enrollment appointment. The required items that a family will need are

  • Two proofs of city residency
  • Primary guardian photo ID
  • The child or children's birth certificate(s) and immunization record(s)
